Client engagements are additionally governed by the signed service agreement for that engagement, which controls in case of conflict.
Our productized services (Website, Google Presence, Social Pack, and bundles) are fixed-scope offerings described on the Services page. Work outside the stated scope — including custom design, additional pages, e-commerce, and ad management — is not included unless separately agreed in writing. Hands-on Growth tiers are scoped in their own agreements.
Audits report findings verified from publicly available information at audit time. Findings describe your public presence as observed; they are not a guarantee of future performance, rankings, or revenue. The deep audit fee ($495) is credited in full toward services when you sign for a service within the period stated in your audit proposal.
Prices published on this website are in USD and apply to new engagements. Setup fees are due before work begins; monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup is waived on bundles with a 12-month commitment; early termination of such a commitment may make the waived setup fee payable as stated in the service agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business facts you approve at intake (services, areas, hours, photos, and claims about your business) and for holding any rights needed in materials you provide. Reviews generated through our review system must come from your genuine customers; we do not create, purchase, or incentivize reviews.
Search and AI-answer placements are controlled by third parties and change without notice. We sell completeness, consistency, and review velocity — measurable inputs — and report results as observed. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, placement, call volume, or revenue outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servana's aggregate liability arising from the productized services is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms and the published prices from time to time. Changes apply to new engagements and renewals, not retroactively to an active signed agreement.
